Refund policy

DELIVERY & RETURNS

  • We usually deliver within 2-5 working days of placement of the order. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applied.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us. if reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts or more than two weeks after pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be cancelled. Similarly, if the product is self-shipped, and has not been dispatch from the consumer after two weeks of refund initiation, refund request will be cancelled.
  • Within the first 7 days of receipt, we will accept returns of any faulty or damaged goods, except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves.
  • Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  • Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.
  • You can inform us within 4 days of receiving the parcel by writing to us at

  • Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to courier service provider.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange or refund for an order. Any reverse shipment charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Please note that shipping charges will not be reimbursed

  • Please note that any item purchased through sales / promotions will not be exchanged or returned. 

 

RETURN OPTIONS

  1. Returns via courier collection.
  • Drop an email to mache20fashion@gmail.com with the following details such as order number, product quantity, and the reason for the return and email registered in 

    Contact.machifashion@gmail.com

 

  • We shall communicate with the courier company and the courier will pick up your product (Free of charge if the delivered goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty, if not the recipient need to pay the delivery charge for the courier company.
  • Once we receive the items, we will return the price of the item to the purchasers’ bank account within 14 days after a quality check.
  • Returns should be made within 7 days and in original, undamaged packaging with the tag intact. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we are unable to return on the item.

  • Please note that any item purchased through sales / promotions will not be exchanged or returned. 
  • We will only be refunding damaged or faulty goods.
